How are GRAVENCAST figures made?
Our collectible figures are produced using high-detail 3D printing and finished with hand-painted details. Each piece is individually processed, painted, checked, and packed.

Are the figures exactly the same as the photos?
Product photos are for reference. Because each figure is hand-painted, slight variations in color, shading, texture, weathering, and finish may occur.

How long does production take?
Most made-to-order items require about 15-30 business days before shipping. Larger or more complex figures may take longer.

How long does shipping take?
Shipping time depends on the destination country, shipping method, customs clearance, and carrier. Estimated delivery time will be provided after shipment when tracking is available.

How does deposit payment work?
A deposit secures your order. When the item is ready for shipment, we will contact you for the remaining balance and any applicable shipping fee. Deposit orders will not ship until the remaining balance is paid.

Can I cancel a deposit order?
Deposit orders may be cancelled within 7 days of purchase for a full refund. After 7 days, the deposit may become non-refundable if production or reservation has started.

What if my item arrives damaged?
Please contact us within 7 days of delivery with your order number and clear photos or video. We will review the issue and help arrange the best available solution.

Can I return an item if I simply changed my mind?
Yes, within 14 days of delivery, if the item is unopened, unused, unassembled, and in original packaging. Return shipping is paid by the customer, and a restocking fee may apply.

Do you restock sold-out items?
Many GRAVENCAST items are limited or made in small batches. Restocks are not guaranteed.
