Return Policy
We want you to be satisfied with your GRAVENCAST collectible. If your item arrives damaged, defective, missing parts, or incorrect, please contact us within 7 days of delivery.
For quality-related issues, we may offer replacement parts, repair support, exchange, partial refund, or return support depending on the situation.
For non-quality-related returns, customers may request a return within 14 days of delivery. Items must be unused, unopened, unassembled, unaltered, and returned in the original packaging with all parts included.
Non-quality-related returns may be subject to a restocking fee of [15%-30%]. Original shipping fees are non-refundable. Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the return is caused by our error.
Made-to-order, customized, hand-painted, or deposit-based items may not be eligible for cancellation or refund once production has started.
