Shipping Policy

GRAVENCAST ships collectible figures with careful packaging to help protect fragile parts during international delivery.

Most products are made to order. Production and hand-painting usually take 15-30 business days before shipping unless stated otherwise on the product page.

Shipping cost depends on destination country, package size, package weight, and shipping method. Final shipping cost may be shown at checkout or confirmed before final payment for deposit orders.

We may use carriers such as DHL, FedEx, UPS, USPS, SF Express, YunExpress, 4PX, or other reliable logistics providers depending on your location and package size.

Once your order ships, we will provide a tracking number by email. Tracking updates may take several days to appear. For some international shipments, tracking may not update until the package arrives in the destination country.

Customers are responsible for providing accurate shipping information. GRAVENCAST is not responsible for delays or losses caused by incorrect addresses, failed delivery attempts, customs holds, unpaid duties, or local import restrictions.

Import duties, taxes, customs fees, and brokerage fees are the responsibility of the customer unless otherwise stated.

If your package arrives damaged, please contact us within 7 days of delivery with photos of the package and damaged item.
